…with the thinnest, crunchiest crust ever. And it’s gluten-free! Forget about trying to make your own dough. Just pick up a package of brown rice tortillas at Trader Joe’s (really). Bake the tortilla (at 350) for about five minutes (till it stiffens). It turns into a 12-inch super-thin cracker. Add your favorite toppings, and lots of shredded (hopefully organic) mozzarella. Bake for 5 more minutes, or till the cheese melts.
I slice and serve it on a wooden cutting board. My favorite toppings are roasted veggies, spinach, kalamata olives, mozzarella, a drizzle of olive oil, fresh ground black pepper, red chili flakes and course-ground garlic. My restless legs has flared up only two times since I've been on the supplements. I almost forget about it now. I don't remember the last time I had it. I no longer have any light headedness for feeling dizzy. My energy and strength is back, which has allowed more hiking, beach walks, yoga and the gym. I've even lost that extra 5 pounds! The "fluttering" I had in my heart is gone since I've taken the supplements, but I also know what's stopped it is that I have almost completely stopped drinking coffee which I know triggers it. Coming in to you has been priceless!
